Dr. Dana Kolbfleisch earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Chatham University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in psychology and Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She earned a specialty certificate in health and wellness in occupational therapy from Salus University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Health Professions from A.T. Still University.

She has taught at the graduate level since 2017 and has practiced occupational therapy since 2004. She has worked in multiple settings including school-based practice, early intervention, skilled nursing, home health, assisted living and memory care, acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient and management. Her clinical and research interests include health and wellness, health promotion, women’s health, older adults, universal design and accessibility, student stress management, teaching and education and community-based practice.
