Claudia Chahin, JD

Claudia Chahin joined the University as Assistant General Counsel within the Legal and Compliance department in 2019, drawing upon her background in employment law, education and non-profits to offer legal guidance and assistance on various topics to the institution. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas-Austin.

Having demonstrated a positive and collaborative demeanor that has earned her the trust of faculty, staff and students, Chahin assumed the additional role of Campus Director in 2023 for the Austin, TX, campus. As a long-time resident of the Austin area, she possesses passion and insight for fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all students, faculty and staff.
