Dr. Andrew Rodriguez is a physical therapist with a specialization in geriatric care. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) in 2012, and since then has been a dedicated figure in the field.

Dr. Rodriguez’s passion for education and patient care led him to academia. He began his journey as a Faculty Lab Instructor at USAHS in 2013, where he taught courses related to neuromuscular and neuroscience. He became a full-time faculty member with the University in 2023. His teaching approach combines practical experience with academic rigor.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rodriguez has spent the last decade practicing in the home-health setting, with a special emphasis on geriatric and neurological care. He is a board-certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, and his extensive clinical experience has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of elderly and neurologically impaired patients.
