Dr. Rudie Spigarelli has practiced in several outpatient clinical settings including multi-disciplinary, mobile, orthopedic and vestibular clinics. She has experience and certification in concussion management, manual therapy, visual-vestibular functional integration training, clinical instruction and practice management. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Texas Physical Therapy Association and Vestibular Rehabilitation Special Interest Group and Education sections. Her clinical and research interests include sleep, vestibular disorders and optimizing psychosocial approaches to physical therapy care.
Dr. Spigarelli earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2013 from Texas Woman’s University, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate degree. She joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences full time in 2022 after serving as contributing faculty for a year. She currently teaches and works with the clinical education team as an Associate Director of Clinical Education.
