Trevyn Despain, PT, DPT

Dr. Trevyn Despain brings extensive expertise to the field of physical therapy, with subspecialties that include pediatrics, pelvic health, wound care and Kinesio Taping ® both as a practitioner and educator. He is a certified instructor in industrial medical testing, focusing on pre- and post-employment and functional capacity evaluations.

For more than a decade, Dr. Despain has served as an expert consultant to the Physical Therapy Board of California, investigating fraud, waste and abuse cases statewide. His dedication to defensible documentation and proactive approach to addressing fraudulent practices underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Despain owns and operates two physical therapy clinics in Riverside, CA, where he provides personalized care to his patients. He first joined the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in October 2020 as a faculty lab instructor before transitioning to instructor in December 2024.
